Well you know you are in your thirties when your vitamin collection is as extensive as your shoe collection 🤷🏽♀️ #goals I can remember growing up and my mom would take St. John’s Wart (and a host of other things, but this one stood out to be because of the name). She would get up every morning and take “natures medicine”. My mom was an advocate for healing the body and treating it well. I likely made fun of her until now…
Here I am well into my thirties and a certified pill popper 🤣 No seriously. I have a vitamin or supplement for nearly every ailment I have experienced and some that I’m trying not to experience, because prevention is key! Not to mention running behind 5 boys you need tons of energy. Some days are tougher than others but when I’m properly hydrated and prioritizing my health tough days are a snap to get through!
I posted a while back about some supplements that I take on a daily basis and the response was so overwhelming and collectively everyone wanted to know what am I taking. So, I’m sharing with you guys about my regimen and daily vitamin intake. I do believe in eating a diet packed with whole foods and tons of plants. This aides the body in receiving vitamins in a natural form, but sometimes I slack off so that’s where my vitamins come in!
My morning line-up consists of :
Super Bio C: Time released vitamin C aiding in all day immune support.
ImmuFight: Second line of defense for the immune system. In light of our current climate you can never be too safe!
D-Mannose: This is enhanced with CranActin Cranberry extract to aide in urinary tract health.
D3+K2: Aides in healthy skeletal, cardiovascular and You guessed it immune system support!
Super Multidophilis 24 Strain Probiotic: amazingly effective probiotic with 30 billion living organisms from 24 important strains. Great for increasing good bacteria.
Once Daily High Energy Multivitamin: This is my go to once a day multi. If I’m being honest on those days when I’m running late I’m sure to take this one if I’m rushing… it jump starts my day!
If you haven’t tried Solaray Vitamins I definitely recommend taking a look at some of the amazing supplements and get your health game up! The older we get we have to invest in our health especially as we age.
