During the busy weeknights… I rarely know if I’m coming or going. One thing is for sure there are some veggies in the fridge going bad 🤷🏽♀️ Seriously, I cannot be the only person who intends to eat more veggies on Saturday buys out the produce section or in my case ordering everything “ New and Now” from Imperfect Produce (where I get all my produce desires delivered to my door weekly). I often bite off more veggies than I can chew by thinking up these fancy plant-based creations but my schedule is just too busy to oblige random weekday foodie ventures 🥴
