Since the end of 2020 (December) I started doing some intermittent fasting daily for breakfast and lunch then eating my dinner as normal. Since starting this I noticed that my days are far more productive and I have tons of ENERGY!
I eat carbs… period, but I’m conscience of the type Complex or Simple. All carbs are not created equally. I try to have much more complex carbs versus simple. Complex carbs are carbs which are higher in fiber such as beans, vegetables , and fruit. Complex Carbs provide a viable source of energy throughout the day. While simple carbs just provide a satisfying taste, they can raise your blood sugar levels. Examples of simple carbs can be cakes, sodas, cookies, etc.
One of the biggest benefits of juicing has been the clarity of my skin. I have always been transparent about my skin struggles, but I must say between the juices and the increased water intake my skin is looking amazing.

I’ll continue to share some of my benefits as I continue this journey, but I love it literally. I don’t see me changing this anytime soon Today actually marks 1 month intermittent fasting for me so yayyy 🎉🥳 My journey is just that my journey. Keep in mind I’m sharing what works for me.
